Sales Director

Location: Philadelphia, PA
Source One Management Services, LLC (Source One) is a highly respected Procurement consulting and Procurement managed services company in the Philadelphia area.  We’re headquartered in Willow Grove, PA with an additional solution center in Chicago, IL. In this sales role at Source One, you'll call upon your personal network and professional experience to sell our Procurement Consulting Services and achieve our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.  The qualified candidate will have the ability to develop relationships and create opportunities with CPOs and CFOs who are open to driving change within their procurement and sourcing organizations. This role will also work closely with our Account Management team to identify opportunities from across Source One's client portfolio​.

Position Responsibility:
Source One is looking for a sales professional who will both leverage existing relationships and establish new relationships through professional networking and outbound lead generation.  The ideal candidate will be polished, experienced, and confident in selling consulting/professional services and will form trusted, long-term strategic client relationships.
 
  • Build a sales pipeline by contacting existing contacts, networking, creating partners, emailing, calling, social media and other lead generation activities.
  • Understand prospective client’s needs and challenges and be able to develop and articulate a solution within Source One’s outsourcing services portfolio.
  • Keep current with industry trends, competitive offerings and solutions of interest; shape opportunities by bringing market insights and competitive perspective.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with decision makers and enable influencers to communicate Source One’s strategic fit.
  • Participate in the development of formal presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Reach or exceed sales quotas targeting $1.2M annual revenue.
  • Close roughly 4-7 new logo accounts per year.


Skills and Experience:
  • Client-facing expertise including the ability to initiate and cultivate relationships with C-suite level executives.
  • Proven track record of selling consulting and/or professional services to executives for 5+ years.
  • Proficiency in proposal writing and negotiations.
  • Willingness to travel to support sales needs.
  • Minimum of BA or BS or substantial professional experience.
  • List of previous clients and business relationships.
  • A base understanding of procurement processes, supply chain, strategic sourcing and vendor relationship management would be beneficial.

  • Based in either Source One’s Chicago or Willow Grove, PA office.
  • Salary base is D.O.E. and includes uncapped commission based on the net revenue of closed sales.
